Looking for fun stuff and recs for guests to play tourist around Buffalo, ny

I'm from Buffalo and live in Austin, TX. Does anyone have any recs besides Niagara Falls and apple picking for guests to do in Buffalo in September? We're getting married in four months and many of our guests haven't visited Buffalo before (or it's been decades since they did).

Hey Elizabeth! It’s so great that you want to keep your guests entertained during their stay in Buffalo!
You could list activities such as art galleries, vineyard tours, Canalside Buffalo, or even Buffalo City Hall for those interested in architecture.
I imaging that most of your out of town guests will be visiting Buffalo for quite a short stay for the wedding, so listing a few activity options is a great idea but they can also find their own activities if none of your suggestions appeal to them.
