I'm looking to hire 3 people to serve food for my wedding. It's buffet style and I need servers 3 for about 3 hrs. It has to be served to ensure everyone gets a plate. We have some greedy ones coming that totally and disrespectfully overfill their plates at family events.

Can you check with a local restaurant for people to hire? Maybe just offer to separately from the restaurant employment -- or whatever works best.
