Looking for dress inspiration

Miranda, on May 7, 2019 at 1:39 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8

Hi everyone! I adore the clean and classic designs of Justin Alexander (think no lace, crisp lines) and would love to know if there are other designers known for similar looks!

Thank you and bless you!

I think every designer has simple clean lines with no lace, just how Justin Alexander has both lace and non-lace dresses.

Thank you for the input! I was hoping to get some specific recommendations instead of sifting through a ton.

The best thing to do is look at the designers that the bridal salons near you carry and see what dresses they have! They look so much different in person. Last week I was having a little meltdown after my first fitting and when to a salon to possibly buy a dress off the rack. I specifically wanted to try on an Enzoani dress they had and it looked so bad in person and I’m not talking about how it looked on me, the lace looked so cheap and because it was a size 12 dress instead of the size 2 they show on their models the lace was all already out and looked nothing like how I thought it would. Since you’re not looking for a lace dress you don’t have to worry about that but still it’s SO much better to try a dress on in person!

The lace was all spaced out is what that should’ve said

When I think of simple, clean lines, Theia immediately comes to mind. I also have found quit a few clean and simple dresses from BHLDN (they even have a Theia design this season). I also would check out Sarah Seven and David's Bridal. There's a reason DB has been in business for so long, they cater to ALL bridal tastes.

Suzanne Neville but I think those gowns are more in the $3K-$5K range. Matthew Christopher has some clean classic dresses too.
