I had cups seen in and then I used a sticky loft for more support and they worked great.

Hi Anna,
Congratulations, I'm more than a A cup, but less than a B cup, my seamstress is sewing in a bra cup that will make me look like a C.

I would get cups added to your dress if you can! That's what I did, and they hold everything up really well!
