Looking a Mexican buffet for my wedding

I'm getting married next October in a modern venue with a garden feel! I am kind of hitting a wall with searching for caterers. I am shocked at how expensive they are (it's also because we are in the Chicago area.) My favorite option right now is a taco buffet with appetizers for cocktail hour, Aguas frescas, desserts, a churro bar with elote etc.. You get so much bang for your buck, and they present things very nicely.
