Long veil with short hair?

I can't imagine it would look too much different than when a bride's hair is all the way up. I think it'd be fine but maybe just try on some long veils at a bridal salon and see what you think

First off, have you picked your dress? If not, you won't know what veil works until you pick your dress and try different length veils. ETA: Different length veils work better with certain dresses. I tried on a fingertip and cathedral with my dress and liked the cathedral better. You really won't know until you try.

Also, I loved the concept, but not being a girly girl it felt awful on. Try it with your dress and see how you feel!

I think it could work, but it has to be an overall look: hair, veil, jewelry, and dress need to be taken into consideration.

When I went dress shopping, it was right after I donated 14 inches of hair. The longest layer was to my chin, so it was a super short bob. Personally, I thought my veil looked awesome with my short hair! I grew it out longer now, but it still looked just fine with a long veil. I definitely think you can pull it off!

I saw a few pics on Pinterest of brides with short hair and long veils, but really you should just try one on and see how it feels

I've got a grown out pixie cut and I'll be wearing a cathedral length veil. I like the dramatic difference!

Short hair is so cute with a veil! I have a short curly bob, I kept it curly and pinned it to look like an updo. I know my veil isn't as long as you're talking about, but still pretty!
