Long Island Iced Tea and Margaritas?

So, I've read that Long Island Iced Tea is something to avoid at your wedding. I totally understand why (so much alcohol), but what if you're ok with it and your guests like that? We're going to have 2 free gallons with the open bar and I'm going to pay extra for 2 more gallons. I thought about Long Island Iced Tea and Margaritas (2 gallons each). All guests know how strong the Iced teas are. The ones that will be drinking know their limits. I estimate about 30 or 40 guests will be drinking. We'll also have beer and wine. Should we maybe just do 1 gallon of Long Island and 1 gallon of Sangria instead for the additional 2 gallons? Then the rest Margaritas?
