Logic vs Vision

We have narrowed it down to two venue options after so many tours, but now the real question is do we go with the venue that is better suited for us logistically or is it better to go with the one that fits our vision of the day better. One venue does a lot of bundling but not a lot of freedom but can help us budget wise, or do we go with the other place that fits the vision of the theme perfectly.
