So I posted about this last week and here's an update, I'm not getting my violinist and cellist duet.
Long story short, I hired 2 musicians, a duet violinist and cellist, to play for my ceremony and cocktail hour. Well, last week they called me up saying that their only 2 violinists are not available, but they could call around and see if they can find someone, OR use their flutist as a backup. I asked them to keep calling around to find a backup violinist. Today they called me back and told me they weren't able to find another violinist, since my 10/10 date is so popular. So now I'm stuck with the flutist and cellist duet. I'm pretty disappointed I won't be getting my string duet for my wedding, so I'm hoping a flutist with the cellist will sound just as beautiful.
Has anyone had a flutist and cellist preform at their wedding? How did it sound?
