My fiancé and I are doing a Christmas wedding, so we want a live band to spice up the Christmas music... You know, so it's not just the same songs you hear every year on repeat. So annoying! (Singling out you Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You"). Anyways... I prefer quality over quantity, but my fiancé said $5,000 is ridiculous, to which I explained you get what you pay for... basically we compromised with looking for more middle of the road... I know typically bands have their specific genre that they specialize in, so does anyone have any recommendations or ideas/advice for me for looking for a band? I feel like people don't wanna be stuck doing Christmas music, but who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi Evi!! Live bands are expensive, but they are so worth it for the live music and party vibe!! 🎵
I think the Christmas music is a really fun idea, but it's definitely a unique request! I'd reach out to some local wedding bands and entertainment agencies to see if anyone does a lot of Christmas parties and is comfortable with your festive theme! 🎄
Since entertainment agencies represent a lot of different groups, I'd think they'd be a great place to start: EastCoast Entertainment, Sam Hill Entertainment, and Great Party Bands.
