Linked guests/plus ones not showing up

I'm updating my guest list currently and linking guests that are from the same families so that they can RSVP together. I can link a guest with no problem, but they don't count as a guest when the guest list feature counts the number of guests. I can't edit what they are invited to either - there are just dots in those columns when I look at the overview. When I try to search for the linked guests in the RSVP tab of my website, they don't come up. It seems like something is wrong with this feature.

I have had the same issue when adding/ linking Plus Ones. Their name will show as linked but the overall Guest count has remained unchanged.

Someone else recently had a similar issue and this was an Administrator's response...After following these instructions my count was properly reflected. Hope it solves your problem as well

"Typically when this happen it is because the plus ones have been added to the Overview portion of the guest list, but not the wedding event itself. To add those additional guests, go to Guest List, then Wedding and hit '+Guest'. Your plus ones should populate and you'll be able to click 'Select All' and then hit 'Save'"
