Linens!

We met with our venue for our first details meeting in March. We went over everything, linens, decor, food, cake, etc. and it probably took an hour, maybe a little more. It's an all-inclusive venue so there truly was a lot to go over. There was no third party present, the venue communicates all the details with the vendors. We would have had two more meetings to go over the final details but we postponed to next year before we got to that paint. I would play it by ear as a PP poster said. Make sure to ask questions, look at samples, and make notes so that when you finalize your plans you don't have too much to go over.
