Limo

It really depends if it's worth it for you! I was totally fine riding back on our big charter bus with our guests to the hotel after our reception. My husband insisted on a limo, so we got one! Even if it's a short distance, it's nice to have the formal transportation as long as it's in budget.

It really depends on where your budget is at, and if you can afford a limo. It's always nice, of course, not silly. But be aware that limo companies often charge minimums. Like 4 hours minimum charge, etc. Of course, that's here in CA. I don't know if they do that where you are in NY/NJ. So, yeah, if it's not too costly, I would do it!! It's your wedding day!!

Hey! I would contact a few limo companies and see if they have minimums and then plan accordingly. I'm getting married in NYC and they quoted me minimums and some pretty high prices. I am still debating what to do for transportation, but I am actually leaning on just getting a black car lyft to the church. I feel your stress though!

Hey Dana! As the pps mentioned, you should weigh up whether the cost of a limousine for such a short distance is worth it for you. As you mentioned that your ceremony venue is so close to you, I would definitely ask some limo companies about their minimum hire time as it may have to be charged for the minimum number of hours!
