Lighthouse Ceremony in New England?

Hi, everyone! We have a limited budget of $2,000. We are hoping to get married at a lighthouse in New England with just our immediate family/friends. Kind of like an elopement. We are not planning for a reception or anything like a traditional one. We do want to see if we can find a photographer willing to work for an hour or two. Any ideas as to what lighthouse to choose?
