Crazy cat lady here, I totally understand. I have a bond stronger with my two kitties more than I have with most people. I am so sorry that you are dealing with this. Glad you have such a supportive partner. I’m definitely more emotional than my partner, but he knows when I need him.

So sorry you’re going through this. We lost our 16 year old kitty in December. I had her since she was 4 weeks and I was in eighth grade. My husband is normally the stronger, calmer one but he was crying too.

Fellow crazy cat lady here! I'm so sorry that you have to go through this, it's always hard to find out such terrible news. But I'm happy to hear that you and your FH is able to be there to support you through this time. I totally understand how you feel, FH and I have a closer bond with our two kitties than any person we know. One of our little ladies got sick a month ago and while my FH is never an emotional person it was the first time I have ever seen him cry. Definitely lean on each other in this trying time!

i wanna say emotionally he is stronger but that could also be because he can be kind of rigid [rigid as in he doesn't really show emotion]

My fiancé is more sensitive than I am, but I am way more anxious and overthink more, so it really depends on the issue! We balance each other out in most situations.
