Lets talk Garters & garter toss

How much are you spending on your garters?
Are you buying 2, one to keep and one to toss?
Is yours plain or intricate?Are you planning on wearing it the whole day?
I dont want to spend more than $10 lol. I found some online for $5 and $10, I was thinking plain but now I found a set thats lace & I love lace. In general I really dont care if its plain or not because its to toss to someone else. Im not sure if I want to buy a set of 2, maybe? I definitely dont think im going to wear both all day if I do, I will put my garter on when I change into lingerie.

Also you might get a cheaper set off eBay but I highly doubt the quality would be any good

For sure it was 80% off or something crazy like that! $11 is a great price for a garter!

If you (or someone you know) can work a sewing machine they are super easy to make. My MOH made mine ! It was like $6 for the two types of ribbon, but we only had to use a little of each. So I used the rest of the it for other DYI projects! She already had some elastic in her sewing room, so IDK how much that costed. I feel like the one we made it going to be more sturdy than anything from amazon. I read reviews that if you are curvy at all they snap very early in the night

I found mine at Hobby Lobby on sale for 50% off. I only plan on wearing one though, not sure yet.

I am only doing one garter, just for the toss. I got mine from Etsy because I wanted a Patriots garter since my FH and I are both huge football fans. For the toss we are actually going to decorate a football like this and then put the garter on the football and he will throw it to the guys. 😁😅

My garters just came in. They fit slightly small. I definitely wont be wearing both. The bottom One is smaller and I will wear it just under my knee. I can pull it up to my thigh but it shouldn’t matter as long as its on there. The bigger one fits but looks a little tight if i pull it all the way up. But still looks good
