Let’s Talk Boudoir shoots !!!!

I really wanted to! Unfortunately my budget told me no 😭
That being said a little more focus on boobs is always flattering, but overall remember he loves you as you are and will probably just be really excited with the whole idea. Don't dwell too much on poses and lengerie, if you feel good in it it'll show.

Your photographer will tell you how to pose in the best way

I’m also a full figure woman. I went to Torrid and bought some lingerie. My photographer let me do whatever pose I wanted.

I am thinking about doing this too! I would say look up inspiration photos and just have a talk with your photographer, I am sure she will have ideas and know what poses are the most flattering. Maybe get 2 outfits that will each look better in certain light/ silhouettes and angles.

I like to call my body type "large and in charge". I am also doing a boudoir shot for my FH's wedding gift. I have my outfit all planned out: red shirt with a black corset over, black knee high boots and lacy bootie shorts. I'm also going to do some with pretty bra and panties with my veil.

As far as poses, I read that laying on your tummy is supposed to make you look slimmer but I'm sure your photographer will know which poses will flatter your figure most.

I use adoreme for mine. Amazon also has some nice lingerie.

I ****% recommended doing one. If not for you spouse but for yourself. I am a plus size woman and felt so empowered doing the shoot. My photographer was great and posed me accordingly. She also asked what part of my body my FH enjoyed the most so she could focus more on that. I just wore a matching white and pink bra set from Lane Bryant. I can’t wait to get my photos back

I also wanted to do this but am not that comfortable with my size and feel like I will regret it and end up throwing the photos out or something 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄😞

He always tells me that I’m even sexier when I think I’m sexy . So i feel like think about trying it . I’m super excited to see myself in a new light . My photos cost almost $500 so $150 is a steal! For my shoot I did two outfits in his favorite colors one royal blue and one black and then I also did a "bridal outfit" with white lace underwear and matching bra and had my veil and garder on with that outfit, I purchased all of my lingerie from Adore Me. For poses your photographer will tell you how to pose just trust them even if you feel like you look awkward trust me the photos are beautiful! One last thing HAVE FUN and love your body! You already know he does 😉

I did my boudoir pictures a few months ago. I thought I was going to look disgusting in my pictures (a fat pig or something) but I absolutely LOVED my pictures! I think it has to do with the way they have you pose. Can’t wait to show them to my FH. I got my lingerie from different places. Torrid was one. I also went to unconventional places like Burlington and Spencer’s that sell plus size lingerie.

I think you should pick colors that you enjoy, there are so many options on the website, and with the 50% off your first order its so affordable to get a couple items so you can do something more neutral and something more bold which is what I did.
