My fiancé proposed to me while we we’re on holiday in Dubai in October.

We were staying at this beautiful 5 star resort and they have an in-house photographer.

The day he proposed, we came back to the hotel and the photographer asked if he could take our photo, which we agreed. We got talking to him and arranged a spontaneous engagement shoot the next day.

I was panicking as I didn’t have the gorgeous dress I had in mind to wear, (I left it at home).

I did have this dress which I haven’t worn before and I think it goes well with the scenery.

The lilac dress is the day he proposed.

    I’m getting married in London, Uk. There are more engagement photos from that photo shoot which we plan to show at our reception. The cost was very reasonable, to have an engagement photo shoot here in London goes for £1500+ and we spent to an equalivant of £300

    I’m Sikh so having an Indian religious ceremony on the 6th Sept 2018, he’s Christian so we’re having a Church ceremony on the 7th Sept 2018 and finally the evening reception on the 8th Sept.

    One of our many. We are outdoorsy people so our engagement photos were half walking through the art district of Austin and half walking through a well-known creek.

    Congratulations to you and your FH! Can't wait to see your BAM next year. Your wedding sounds like it will be lovely.

    Right by the water in Westchester, NY... Originally, FH was going to propose in a similar looking spot at my favorite vacation place, but the ring wasn't ready... So he proposed elsewhere which was just magical, but we decided to make our engagement shoot one to be remembered. So sunrise it was... ;-)
