(Ugh not sure why it came out blurry but the app wont let me edit the photo - sorry!) Engagement, not wedding, but here's mine aquamarine center stone. He proposed at the barn, hence the pony in the background he wants a ring with Hawaiian koa wood on the inside and titanium on the outside (I'll share when we get it) and we will likely do a simple, thin white gold band for me.

I have no idea what my wedding band looks like because he won't let me see it yet. Haha. I got his last week, though! It's a simple shiny tungsten carbide.

I took a picture of our bands with my shoes as a background. One pic is the day we got engaged. Cierra, I think we have the same engagement ring!

We've been engaged only 2 weeks, and getting married in 3 months. And no! I'm not pregnant! We're very conservative Christians, thus don't believe in how big, fancy, and materialistic weddings are now and days. Plus, were both in our mid 30s. We're outdoors people, and I'm a farm girl and he's an iron worker. Anything other than a traditional band, we risk losing our fingers! Plus, we save a ton more money! Which we're gonna use to buy lots of wooded acreage for hunting.

Lauren, I love your bands and totally get it. We got engaged last weekend and are looking at 5 months. First question from one of his friends was is she pregnant? No .... it's his second marriage and I learned from planning a wedding for a failed engagement how stressful the whole process can be so we're doing simple and short to cut down.

Here is my NEW baby! I adored my morganite ring we first got, then browsing just for fun I absolutely fell in love with this one! He was so sweet to surprise me and return the morganite for my dream ring!
