Also curious about tipping, but I know you tip the deliverer of the cake. Any delivery person actually, so tables/lights etc.

Get sealed envelopes for re-determined tips.

Get a whole box of PENS. Sometimes there's no pen around for signing your marriage certificate, and then of course the guest book pens are gonna get scattered around so good to have extra.

Have bandaids that are big enough for your heel.

But, if you have a coordinator they may have thought of a bunch of this stuff for you already, and you can lean into them.

Ours is 10/3! I’m putting together a day of emergency kit including thread & needle, safety pins, tide sticks for stains, scissors, tweezers, Bobby pins, etc. good tip on the glue gun! Maybe some super glue?

Bakers a good one although our cake is being done in house so idk about that.

H and I are planning on sending tips to: hair/makeup artists, photographer, DJ, and venue/caterer (which included an event planner, a day-of coordinator, servers, and bartenders). We actually didn't distribute tips day-of and are going to send thank you notes soon with tips included. We didn't tip our florist or cake baker, only their delivery/set-up staff.

As for day-of stuff, my MOH brought an emergency kit but I don't think anyone ever used anything from it!
