Length of time for Vows?

Hi WW!
So today i scribed my vows from my phone (😂) down to pen and paper. I don’t know why but I decided to read them out loud and time it to see how long they were. I clocked in at two minutes and fifteen seconds! Granted I was reading a little fast because I got nervous for some reason (😂) so I think I can calm down and be about 2 1/2 minutes.

I have no idea why I’m worried about this but I would love to hear your thoughts WW! Did anyone else time their vows? Or have a time limit or minimum?

That's plenty of time. If his are about the same, that is 5 minutes. It seems short, but it's really not. Sit in a chair and don't move around or look at anything, for what feels like 5 minutes, and then check a clock. I'll bet it's been closer to 1.5-2 minutes.

I just wrote my first draft and it takes about 1 1/2 minutes. I probably won’t try to make them much longer because I know his will be pretty short.
