Length of ceremony with unity ceremony included

Our ceremony was about 30 min with the unity

My venue said it’s about 30-40 minutes for the whole ceremony, including the sand ceremony.

That’s what I was thinking, about 30 minutes. Our venue says 10-15 minutes which just seems too short of time to me. Although they don’t do a lot of weddings our size, even as small as we are. They mostly do elopements.

View Quoted Comment Yes that’s exactly what I thought too! We actually choose to add the extra hour to our package. They usually just do an hour and half and an extra 30 minutes can be added for cake/first dance. We asked if we could add an extra hour to the whole thing because I didn’t want it to be a rushed day. Even though it’s small it’s still special and important to us.
