I ordered mine from Etsty, but David' Bridal does some good dresses as well.

I haven’t personally used it, but I’ve heard great things about azazie. My girls used amazon and found one for $25.

Azazie!!!
I just ordered a bridesmaids dress today, actually!
It was super simple, easy, and not too expensive.
They do custom sizing for free (final sale though). I have used them before for another wedding and it was fantastic.
If you want them to have the same color but different style you can pick the color, fabric, and length and it gives tons of options. Usually takes 3 weeks to make and then ship, so make sure you give your girls enough time to order, receive, and make alterations if necessary!
