led Balloon Send Off?

We are having our couple send off at night outside. I am looking at these LED balloons on sticks people could hold, but they come in packs of 6. We will have 23 guests. Do you think it’s ok to get 12 for the send off which is about half of guests? Or do we need to get one for everyone?

    Balloon releases are hazardous to the environment. Without getting graphic, they kill animals and contribute to pollution because they are not biodegradable.

    We are not releasing them. Did you see the link? They are on sticks people will hold and then take home.

    I think the pictures will turn out better if you get one for everyone to hold, but that's just my opinion. As a side note: are the balloons themselves latex? If so, you want to make sure people know, since some people are allergic.

    If you're going to do this, I'd get one for each person. Some people might not care if they don't get one, but it could be awkward if someone who wanted one didn't get one. Also, as pp said, I think the pictures will be better and I'm guessing that's the main point.
