Late Night Snacks on Menu?

I've never seen late night snacks printed on the menu: just the meal itself. I feel like the late night snack is kind of like the cocktail hour menu: people don't really know what's there until it's there.

I wouldn't actually list what will be served, but you can definitely mention that late night snacks will be offered!

If you really wanted to list something about the late night snack on the printed menu, you could say something along the lines of, "A pizza late night snack will be served at 9pm". Otherwise, I don't think it needs to be listed on the printed menus.

They usually aren’t listed, same with cocktail hour. But you can do anything you want. As a guest, I would be thrilled to know on the individual menu cards what if anything is served late at night.
