Late ceremony/ 7:30PM

Hiii! Would you girls think 7:30PM for a July wedding is too late for a Ceremony? At the church I would like to get married they only have 4:00 and 7:30. I wanted 6:00 but not available. Should I change my date? I'm scared 4:00 is too early AND 7:30 too late. Thank you for your input!

    7:30 seems like a late start time. If you serve dinner, your guests likely won't be eating until 8:30. Your reception will also be a lot shorter and your guests probably won't stay very long.

    I vote 4pm as well. 7:30 is too late and 4pm is not too early.

    4-4:30 ceremony

    4:30-5:30 cocktail

    6:30-10:30 reception

    That's perfect for a Saturday night!

    4 pm sounds perfect! 7:30 might be too late for your older relatives.

    My ceremony is 4! Over by 4:30, reception 5-10. Pretty standard timeline I think. Personally I hate when weddings start so late. The party is over before it even starts!
