We got engaged in August and asked our bridal party in the fall. Now we want to add two more bridesmaids and groomsmen. Is it too late?

    I wouldn't think it is. I'm sure you still have time for them to find dresses and all.

    I think you still have time, your wedding is in four months. But tell them what outfit to buy ASAP, since there are production and shipping delays lately.

    What is late to you? They should not be asked before 6 months before the wedding. And asking later than that is not enough time to get what they need in time plus they may feel like an afterthought. Without knowing your date, will they have time to order a dress and get alterations done?
