Make sure to pack your planning binder. You never know when someone may need to refer to contracts or notes.

I’m 11 days away! Still working on seating chart. I have it all arranged just need to print them all out and frame them.

I used to do event coordinating for work, and I would always mentally walk through the entire event process from the guests view, sometimes out loud with my boss. It helps so much! Feels silly at first, but literally saying "guests arrive and walk into the venue and see.. or do.. " can help you remember little things like a sign or lighting that you would skip over by just considering it in sections.

Divvy out all of the tips you plan on giving vendors that night. We out it all into individual envelopes with the vendors name. We waited until friday to do this and forgot to create one for the caterer 🤦‍♀️.
Dont forgot your marriage license.

Emergency kit for you and your girls when getting ready. Mine had everything from makeup and sewing stuff to tums and electrolytes.
