Last minute RSVP cancellations

I wouldn't worry so much about it. Chances are you'll have someone come that either didn't rsvp or said they aren't coming. A friend of mine had 16 people not show up to their wedding and that I would be furious over. They even ended up taking a table down at their reception

I absolutely agree with Tammy statement.

Sometimes life happens - it's fine to be disappointed but don't let it get you down! We had two no-shows on our wedding day (both due to illness), at least you've been warned.

We had three no-shows at our wedding, all on my side and none of whom have said a word to me or let me know what happened, which I think is incredibly rude. We also had a couple back out last minute because their childcare fell through, but they let us know before the wedding.

We had a couple cancel right after we turned in our numbers without really giving a reason. We had another couple no show. Our wedding was about 60 people so I'm thinking it's normal. Don't let it ruin your day.

Yep I had several people call the week of the wedding for various reasons. Ranging from funerals, illness etc. I even had some call saying we really want to be there but for x reason we won't know until the day of. It was all frustrating, as we had submitted our final numbers before we got the calls so had to pay for these people. But as @kiwiderbybride said sometimes life happens. Try to brush it off and don't dwell on it.
