Last minute postponement due to Covid- Gift?

I'm not getting my fiance a special gift for our original date, though I am putting together a few small things to celebrate our original date, and most of those are going to be a surprise to him. For example, we bought a mini cake from our cake baker for us to share on our original date. I bought a cake topper that says "Happy supposed to be wedding day". I'm also looking at buying a beer mug and a wine glass, both of which say, "Drinking because COVID postponed my wedding". We planned a weekend trip for our original date, so I figured the extra decorations would help make a little more light out of having to postpone.

I would plan something special, maybe a stay at home date to commemorate the day. There are a couples threads I’ve seen asking for stay at home date ideas, it depends on what interests you. My FH and I like to go on bike rides or hiking if we can get out of the house, at home we do game nights, puzzles, and of course watch movies. You could get your favorite restaurant for take-out (or go out). Other ideas I’ve seen are going paintings, if you have any diys for the wedding like signs you could work on those together, you could practice your first dance...
if you want to do a gift, I’d make or something personal that you know he will like.
