Last minute Diy: guest table survey/fun questionnaire

DIY questionnaire I made for our guestsLast minute Diy: guest table survey/fun questionnaire 1

I had an idea to make something like a mad lib for my wedding after experiencing that at my friend's wedding recently. It was fun and a nice way to break the ice with people at our table that we didn't know, but I've had a lot else going on. 12 days away from the wedding at this point. Yesterday, feeling pretty good about most other aspects of the wedding and having some free time I started to work on a rough draft of what I had envisioned, with the help of my fiance, who gave me some suggestions on questions and topics.

Pretty happy with how it they turned out, especially with minimal effort on my part and we both love it. One of few things my fiance had an interest in, ha. I made them in MS word and am printing on cardstock double-sided.

Have any of you had any mad libs or anything at weddings you attended? I think it's so fun!

Lol! Love the inner Bob Ross section!

Madlibs are a great idea! Never saw that at a wrdding before. We made a giant family tree display board tracing our families back to the 1600s. We've been doing ancestry.com and found a lot of interesting things, and so we thought it would be cool to share with everyone. Not exactly "fun" but something for our guests to enjoy and see.

I ordered something very similar. Still not sure if I'm going to use it, but thought it would be fun just in case. I ordered it on Zazzle...it's a template already on there, I did no customization. I will leave them near the card box and I had a sign made that said to fill them out and throw them in the card box. If we get enough, I'll put them in an album and have it function as a sort of guestbook. My primary guestbook is a map with pushpins and doesn't allow people to write on it Smiley smile

YASSSSSS!! Fantastic job! I did something similar but not as nice as yours! We brought them with us to read during our honeymoon travels. It was so much more fun for everyone, rather than a regular guestbook IMO. I plan to scan and print a photo book.
