The diy / craft list has been long. The wedding is 20 days away. Luckily I have a groom and a sister in law that are super willing to help. I made a schedule for us to follow so it wasn't too overwhelming and today I wrapped up the very last project.

I couldn't do it any earlier because I had to wait on all rsvps to come to make the seating chart.

We aren't doing a super formal event so the tables are family style sit where you want. But the tables needed to he figured out.

I'm a perfectionist so I hated them at first but I had fun with them while watching football and cooking today... and that's all that matters.

Your seating chart looks so cute! I haven't done any DIYs lately, but I'm planning to DIY my fresh flower arrangements/bouquets for the wedding!

I was stressed at first because I write much better with skinny pens and the challenge pen is so thick... but after a while I just let go and decided I didnt need to worry about it being perfect. Thanks for the vote of confidence lol!

Girl that is awesome. I was going to do that also but my parents piped up and offered to pat for floral out of nowhere. They aren't the giving type so we were shocked and grateful of course. But my dads only condition was that I didnt DIY it... lol that I asked for what I wanted and left it. Lol I think this probably came after the many weekends at their house working on crafts and him losing patience hahaha

Exactly lol. If we can go from 10 tables to 9 then that's great because everything will fit better on the board.

That looks great I love it! The writing looks very nice. The only diy I have done recently is work on the wreaths my girls will be carrying down the aisle. I plan on adding tiny beaded garland to the gold parts.

Congrats!! How exciting!!! I would love to see the schedule you made. I'm planning on doing a lot of DIY and its so overwhelming every time I think about it lol

We started on our projects in January and planned crafts for every 3rd weekend until a month out from the wedding. Spent about 2-5 hours per weekend depending on the task.

Easy stuff :
Cutting corks
Collecting bottles
Cutting book pages out of old books
Making a giant Cork "H"
Gift bags
Vows
Signature picture / thumbprint project

Complex stuff :
Strip labels from bottles
Paint bottles
Paint whiskey barrels
Window seating chart
Table runners made of book pages and pictures of us
Menus and printables
Bridal party gifts
Family gifts

Just chipped.away at it as we went
