Las Vegas Bachelorette Party

Jessie, on January 22, 2020 at 11:35 AM Posted in Nevada Planning 1 9

Hi everyone! I know this isn't necessarily wedding related, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for a bachelorette trip to Las Vegas!

We have a group of 8 ladies going and we're currently researching hotels. Does anyone have any hotel recommendations? Any itinerary recommendations? What are the "must do's" of Las Vegas??

Any advice is much appreciated! Smiley smile

It’s Vegas!! So it’s a nonstop party vibe and entertainment. A quick Google search can point you in the direction of some specific “bachelorette“ spots. But really it’s everywhere.

As for hotels, spots at the center of the strip are nice because you can go in either direction (but not necessary). Specific hotel recommendations would be based on the amount that you want to pay. Some hotels are naturally pricier than others. Also for some fun, go downtown to Fremont Street area and they have all sorts of things at night like zip lining, Street performers, restaurants etc. all under covered area with Vegas lights and light shows arching above your head.

Pool party! honestly it's so fun. I am doing Vegas for my bachelorette party.
I'd also like to go to a drag show.. but I have no control over the planning so we shall see what happens! Just based on a previous trip though you have to go to a pool party for sure.

The options are limitless. You can do a las vegas scavenger hunt, go see Magic Mike (the late showing), bar crawl, escape rooms (if you're into that kind of thing) or you can even check here to help you get started:

I've never been to Vegas for a bachelorette, but I've been lots of times, including with girlfriends.

For hotel, a lot depends on budget. If you all have the cash to spend, the Cosmopolitan is absolutely the way to go! It has a great party vibe and flashy, girly decor. For a budget option, the Flamingo is a great location midstrip. Mirage is between the two, price-wise and also is in a great midstrip location. It also has really nice Tower Suites that are reasonable compared to suites elsewhere. No matter what, stay on the strip! Downtown is a lot cheaper but you'd spend the difference Ubering to the strip, where all the fun, young action is.

Itinerary wise, a lot of fun in Vegas is just sort of found as you wander. Definitely get yard drinks—there's a Fat Tuesdays every few feet! A pool party is a really good option, and MGM Grand's pool party (Wet Republic) is the best. Go to Jack Colton for help with tickets/guest list options for both pool parties and club tables. With a party that size, I'd skip shows.

Some of the best restaurants for a gal's group—STK at the Cosmopolitan. It's pricey but has a great happy hour. Also, the LAVO Party Brunch at the Palazzo.

Definitely pool party! We actually did a pool party crawl and went to 3-4 different pools which was fun.

I second STK. Its pricey, but at night they have a DJ. Its like you're at a club and dinner. We were dancing. The food is amazing. I really fell in love with the Cosmopolitan when we walked through.

My personal suggestion would be to stay in the center of the strip at Caesars Palace or Planet Hollywood. PH has these fun bachelorette classes called stripper 101 and a nightclub all at the same hotel. Like many of them have said above the options or limitless. I would suggest searching for some Las Vegas Bachelorette Packages from those hotel or the many online concierge companies!
