Lantern Centerpieces & Eucalyptus

I have lanterns for my centerpieces and I’m thinking of putting seeded eucalyptus around them but I’m trying to figure out how many bunches I’ll need. My florist quoted me 18 bunches for 12 tables.. is this too much? I would love to see pictures if anyone has ideas! Thank you!

Hi Katelyn! Welcome to WeddingWire! You may want to bring a lantern to your florist's location to do a "mock-up" of your centerpieces! This may better help you determine the amount you would like to order!

I did 1/3 my centerpieces with lanterns and eucalyptus. I think 18 bunches is a TON of eucalyptus. I ordered 5 bunches for 8 tables and had a lot left over to decorate other areas like gift table, guest book area, etc. I would go to your florist and ask to see what a bunch looks like as I remember being surprised by how much comes in a bunch (or at least do some reading online). I actually ordered mine myself from Fifty Flowers as once I got my florist estimate there was a large mark up on the greenery and it's easy to order yourself/set up.
