I would suggest getting a slip for underneath! I've done that before when a fabric was unbearable. I feel your pain, you don't want to be so uncomfortable on your wedding day!

I tried on a dress that the lace caused me to itch and decided against it for that reason. The sales associate said a seamstress could sew in flesh colored fabric inside the dress at the irritating areas and it would solve the problems. You could try that? I am not sure if it works, because again, I did not select that dress, but that was the “professionals” suggestion.

Thank you , I’m definitely going to mention it to the seamstress about adding something under the lace to prevent it ... it’s werid because when i tried on the sample dress it didn’t affect me 😒 but when i went to try on my dress that i ordered It did ! But thank you !!!

Sample dresses have usually been tried on several times and the lace may have been “worn out”, for lack of a better word. Your dress is brand new so the lace is probably still stiff. That is likely why you didn’t notice it until now. It is probably an easy fix. Good luck!
