I am 36 and starting to notice fine lines around my eyes. I use Avon's Anew eye cream. It's the best I've found. I have to be very diligent and use it every night, but if I do it definitely softens up my lines.

Botox will be the only things that eliminates, but hydration, good eating, and eye cream will help reduce the appearance.

Sleep on your back also. When you sleep on your sides or on your stomach..your face gets all smushed (not kidding).

I'm totally following this. At my makeup trial all of the foundation sank into my crows feet making them look four times worse than normal.

I don't have that issue, but I do have large pores on my cheeks that my makeup loves to sink into. I finally found the best product to prevent makeup from sinking into my skin- DDF Wrinkle Resist and Pore Minimizer (it's a moisturizer). It not only prevents your makeup from sinking into pores and fine lines, but it also has the wrinkle aspect. It has amazing reviews on Ulta and Amazon, but it's very pricey. If you don't mind spending the money, I would totally recommend it.

All good tips. Think of your skin like paper: if dry, it crinkles, if moist it is soft and smooth, even when pushed a bit, (like when you smile). Use a moisturizing eye cream day and night. Good ones may be expensive but do last awhile because you don't have to use very much at a time. It is worth it!

@Rebecca, did you do airbrush? My MUA said that for fine lines, the airbrush makeup tends to settle in and accentuate them more.

I am going on March 19th to get a treatment with DermaPen at my dermatologist. I going mainly for acne scarring but I am hoping for a little help with my forehead lines and baby crows feet. I will report back after my treatment! Smiley smile

@Valarie - same here with the facial expressions. I am only 29 but I can see where I will eventually have serious wrinkles Smiley sad

I can tell I'll have the parentheses around my mouth from smiling, crow's feet and the forehead lines.

I think like anything else... prevention is key. Maybe we pull a Posh Spice/Kim Kardashian and just stop smiling?

Haha thanks everyone! I am willing to try anything. Does microdermabrasion help with the fine lines? Or a laser facial?

I've considered laser facials, but not til after the wedding. I smile big and all of the time. That's where my crow's feet are coming from. It sucks that being happy causes wrinkles....

I went for my first microdermabrasion coming in 2 weeks ago. I go again on Friday. Planning in going until the day of! Also, going to do a photo facial (with lasers) to try and soften the crows feet and crabby mommy look lines on my forehead lol plus reduce the size of the pores on my nose. I hope it helps!
