If these are your guest favors, you should order 130.

I agree that you should order 130.
But are you sure your guests will use them? A lot of non-edible favors are left behind.

I’m not even sure if all 200 (130 adults) will be showing up.

The amount of koozies ordered should match the number of adult guests who RSVP yes.

I’m confused, how will you know how much food to buy? I’ve never heard of a non-RSVP wedding

Our venue didn’t need a rsvp.
    I invited 200 people.
But I know a few wedding that didn’t do rsvp

I guess I’m just confused because you could be paying for 200 portions of food, place settings, chairs, etc. and have only 50 people (just an example) show up. Thus wasting a lot of money when you don’t have to accommodate 200 in the end.
If you invited 130 adult guests I’d be prepared to give 130 koozies just in case.

How my venue is. It catering venue & decorations all together. I told them I’m inviting 200 guest. And he said only way I need to let him know bout food is of it goes over 210.
And the price is gonna stay the same.

Mostly everyone I invited is family. I kinda have a sense who will show and some that I’m not so sure. But if I would have to ask I can find a way to message them.

Just sent invitation out last week
You have me thinking of sending rsvp now.

But everyone I asked in my family was like no because we kinda know who won’t come and who will show.

I would do the 125 to be closer to your adult guest count. I agree with Allyson though, I’ve never heard of not doing an RSVP. Even if it’s all included in your venue price, I would still think you would want/need to know the guest count so they can set up the right amount of tables without leaving a bunch empty if it ends up being lower
