I would go with blue willow

Both are very nice I can see why you can't choose. I have Pro 600 Series in copper pearl

Copper pearl is tempting too! Sooo pretty!

I have the Artisan in red and the Pro series in Silver (I bake a lot!). I love both of the colors, I would prefer the Ink Blue.

I like the ink blue! I have the 6-qt in a dark orange color. I really wanted the copper but couldn't justify an extra couple hundred for it - the dark orange looks like a matte copper.

Joe came with a Kitchenaid, it's plain white but it's a beast.

Mine's boring black but, it does its job. I picked it so it would match any kitchen. Right now our dishes and servingware are candy apple red and black so it goes quite well.

I mean a blue willow kitchen aid is on my registry so I'm a little biased

I bought mine about 20 years ago and it's a flat stone finish in charcoal. They didn't have all the beautiful colors they have now. I would probably go for copper if I were to get a new one. I'm sure mine will last for the rest of my life.
