Kitchen tradition

So i attended a bridal expo about a month ago and i got a text that i won a discount on rings, a honeymoon accommodation, and champagne flutes. I agreed to attend the private culinary experience (I have done my research and seen it’s real but a big selling act for their kitchen ware), however my fiancé is required to attend with me and he works out of state. They said I could schedule a time during there next event in the area and claim our prizes then but it’s hard to even try to plan for him to be here.


Do they put our names on the gift certificates? Or is it just something they give us like a code or packet?
