We’re renting the Kim Sing Theatre in Los Angeles for our wedding. Fiancé and I can’t get our heads around how exactly we’re going to plan the day. We want to avoid a long formal sit down dinner by having a food truck for catering but it seems like there is no way to avoid everyone going to get food all at once plus flipping the space and not having the flip staff get in the way. Has anyone ever done a mobile cocktail hour? Can we comfortably flip the space and have guests eat and drink and not have assigned seating?
