We are having what I’d say is a smaller wedding. About 50 people including my FH and our 6 kids. I’m thinking I may assign tables not sure how I’d set it up. Originally I was just going to assign my table and a kids table but the more I think about it I wonder if kids should be alone or with...
We are having what I’d say is a smaller wedding. About 50 people including my FH and our 6 kids. I’m thinking I may assign tables not sure how I’d set it up. Originally I was just going to assign my table and a kids table but the more I think about it I wonder if kids should be alone or with parents? There are only 2 smaller kids (under 3) the rest are 6 and above, mostly family so they know each other. Thoughts?!

I’ve seen kids get a little out of control at a kids table so I’d stick to family seating, even with older kids.

The Kids’ tables are in the center of the room so that everyone can see their kids.

    They are 7-20 something.

I made a Kids’ table so the Kids as well as Parents’ can meet new people and enjoy themselves.

Also, I’d need more tables if I put the kids at the Table with their Parents.

FBIL/SIL have 4 kids, 3 in college, so not small kids.

Thats a whole Rectangle table right there.

We have kids at our wedding too. As nice as a kids table sounded, most of the kids at ours will be 10 and under. So we decided to keep families together. This way if they start to get out of hand, parents can feel them in without having to leave their table. Hope this helps!
