Kids' buffet menu?

I came across this while browsing catering menus online and thought it was interesting. Has anyone done this? Yes some kids are picky, but so are adults, while others have very hearty appetites that a couple chicken fingers are not going to satisfy.

We had a bbq buffet and only 1 kid but he was fine to eat what was already there. We had Mac and cheese and meat, but he went for the salad and beans 😆

If you have a lot of kids at the wedding, I can see that being a thing, but if you only have a few...
We had some kids at ours, but we just made sure our buffet hit a lot of different notes, and the kids were perfectly fine.

I think most kids will just fill up on cake afterwards if they don't like the food! But with a buffet there're so many options that they should be fine. If you only have a few kids, I wouldn't worry about it.
