KF Bridal experience?

I just placed an order & realized it takes 45-60 days to receive product. Our wedding is June 10 so I had to cancel. The only way to contact is via email. It is promised that they will respond within 12 hours - I'm approaching 18 and no response. Facebook states they typically reply within a few hours so we'll see. I invested $130 in the dress & I'm on a budget so I'm a bit angry. There is no contact phone number so to me, from here on out, it's a red flag. Also, I never received a confirmation # or email from them & when I try to log in with my email I used at checkout, it isn't found. The funds are in limbo in my bank account so it definitely did something. I'm pretty angry with them at this point.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have found another website that I am now considering. I feel like many people have had this experience with this company. I am currently looking into brideside.com. I am not sure how long they take to come in tho with your deadline!

Ashley B can you let us know how you went with KF Bridal in the end? Did they sort it all out, or are you out of pocket and think they're no good?

Hi my sisters wedding is in October and I ordered from kf bridal and I received my order and I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase the dresses look amazing and yes there's a few things that my make you think it's sketchy since there's no contact number but every time I've emailed them they have replied back . I would definitely order from them again !

I had an awesome experience with KF bridal and loved the bridesmaids dresses!! They replied to me usually within 12 hours. And we’re very helpful in all the details. The dresses are top quality. I highly recommend!!

I'm inclined to believe the company is prejudice. I ordered my girls dresses from here they were perfect. I submitted my pictures to real weddings on their site a week after my wedding and they've yet to be posted. I also did a review for the dress with pictures and the review didn't get approved however, someone who posted their review of the dress 2 weeks after mine on 11/27 had theirs approved and they are on the real weddings page. I wrote them an email with the images attached and the person assured me they'd appear on the real weddings page. Here we are 3 weeks later with more weddings and reviews added to their site, yet mine from over a month ago wasn't. I wrote them my concern about them being prejudice against black people and I have yet to get a response from anyone. The dresses were great but they won't get another dime of my money or anyone else I know if I can help it.

DO NOT ORDER! Literally still dealing with issues from them.

First they said our dresses wouldn't come in time because they messed them up.

Then they didn't give us our 10% back as promised.

Then sent dresses with no arm holes, and blamed us.

Then had rude customer service.

Sent us dresses that went down to the ankle when supposed to be knee length.

Terrible place, I thought their reviews online were soooo good. They never post the bad reviews.

Save yourself the time and money. Its been awful and my wedding is in a few weeks.

Last February I ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding I’m in November, reading all the reviews I was still a little skeptical. I went to be measured at a bridal salon and measured myself before ordering. According my measurements I purchased a size that matched the measurements EXATLY. I just received the dress (90 days later) and it’s huge! Based on the reviews I was expecting it to be pretty lengthy and it is, I estimate that I’ll have to take about 6 inches off the bottom. But there’s over an inch of space all around my torso and the “built in bra” sits nearly 4 inches away from my actual chest. I can’t return or exchange it and will have to pay more than double than the original cost of the dress to have it altered. PS the bride said she didn’t mind us adding pockets to our dresses so I paid extra to add them on both sides...the lining is a completely different color than the chiffon and is completely vizable.

Do not order!!!! The Company forgot about my order. So my dresses were late coming in. I paid extra to receive them earlier bc my wedding was only 3 months away. They didn't arrive until 2 weeks later.. They color was also wrong.. Unfortunately I'll have to make it work bc I don't have time to find new ones.. Save yourself the stress and headache and find another site..

I can’t believe there aren’t more bad reviews of this place. Or maybe people don’t know quality? I had planned on getting all 7 of my bridesmaids dresses here, and ordered about 15 difference swatches to check color. My maid of honor ordered a dress that looked like chiffon (all of the swatches that came were chiffon) and had chiffon listed as the first material on the listing. Which as an industrial professional is supposed to mean the majority of the dress is made out of chiffon. Take ANY care and content label, standard bill of materials, etc. Even recipes are listed in this manner. Well the dress comes, and the majority of it is made out of tulle. FYI, cheapest material you can buy. My maid of honor was only offered 70% of the return, and she had to pay the 11$ shipping fee. Over 40$ wasted. Not to mention the amount I spent on swatches

My sister got married last July and we used KF bridal for our bridesmaid dresses. We spend hours searching for the ideal bridesmaid dresses before stumbling across them. This discovery offers us different styles and an array of colors options to choose just the right combination. After placing our order, the dresses arrived nicely packaged and couldn't have fit each bridesmaid better. Each bridesmaid expressed that the dress seemed to be "made for them". I highly recommend KF bridal because you're sure to find an amazing collection designed for your wedding day. I am getting married next year and I will definitely buy my bridesmaid dresses from them too!

I did not order bridesmaids dresses from RK Bridal but they have a large selection!
My experience purchasing my wedding gown from there was awesome and I don't have anything negative to say about RK Bridal.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress through KF bridal. They seem uncoordinated, I was asked he same questions via email multiple times even though I had already answered them. I have over 40 emails from them. Kind of a pain...

My dress arrived weeks early, it was just throw into a bag in a plastic envelope so it arrived wrinkled to death. I paid extra to have it custom sized and it does fit like a glove! No issues with the dress itself other than it does seem to be a bit cheaply made compared to a dress I got for a wedding I was in from David’s Bridal. (It was also more expensive than the dress from DB)

Also a side note, their dresses are made in China and ship from there. They seem to hide this fact.

7/10, kinda recommend. Kinda think there’s better options out there

I ordered mine from KF Bridal and my bridesmaids looked stunningly beautiful in their burgundy dresses from KF bridal, adding the exact pop of color I was looking for. They fit each one like a glove
and arrived in perfect condition.

I loved every moment of our special day! They were so accommodating and made the ordering process a total breeze. I would recommend them to anybody!

One style, one color

Ordered "hint of mint" color bridesmaids dresses (standard sizes so the girls can get them tailored locally) and the dresses are beautiful! Company correspondence is only via email with the main email and the response if from whoever. Dresses come from China and production takes forever, dresses arrive 45-60 days from the placement of the order (45 days if you pay for expedited shipping). Got the dresses one week early but in the emails with the company they don't answer your questions... Sounds like from many other reviews that it's a 50-50 chance ordering from KF Bridal, so I wouldn't recommend if you don't have a good back up.

I am a bridesmaid and had to order my dress from KF Bridal. If I had to do it again or had a choice, I would never use them. As another post states, there is no phone #, no address. I received my dress directly from some place in China and when I needed to return one of the two dresses I ordered, they would not take it back. I understand that I missed the cutoff date but let's be real here, weddings are being cancelled all over the country due to this virus. They wouldn't even work with me to take the dress back and give me at least a percentage back. Run away from this company. What should be a happy and fun time is hurt by using KF Bridal.

😡 Loved the look of this page and company but ordered some swatches back on January 14th and never received them. I contacted the support email and they told me they couldn't do anything to help and I'd instead need to contact FedEx. FedEx of course said I'd need to contact the seller. SIX MONTHS later, the shipment still says "pending" from China... makes me feel like it's a scam!

My bridesmaids used KF Bridal & for one, the customer service was AMAZING! The lady answered my emails super quick & kept me updated on all of my girls’ dresses. She even helped me pick a color for the groomsmen's bow ties that would best match the color of their dresses because they didn’t have that color available in bow ties (which I was super bummed about because the color I ordered is very different green color (pale moss green) & I knew I wouldn’t find a color like that anywhere else). When the bow ties came in, I took them to one of my bridesmaid’s house to match it with the dress & it matched almost perfectly 🙌🏽 Only one of my bridesmaids did the custom sizing because she is pregnant & the only issue with everyone’s dresses is that they come super long if you don’t get custom sizing & I have a lot of short girls in my wedding so they are getting them altered at the bottom but other than that, they came beautifully & nicely packaged & they all arrived in less than a month!
