This is a really cool idea. I would not mind ‘waiting’ to brew my own coffee with a keurig. I would love it if they have flavored creamers and syrups, too.

Do you think everyone goes for coffee at once usually?

i figured with time in evening most people probably would not want any

im thinking 7 keurigs for up to 80 people but only 50 adults... as
    low as 50 total

We are having a brunch wedding and theres a company that comes and sets up a coffee shop at the venue. They can get any type of latte, coffee, cappuccino, anything!! And it's only 300 which I dont think is bad for all drinks and baristas.

I would try to have more than one keurig machine. Maybe 2-3? Im sure there’s a friend you could borrow from? A keurig takes just a bit longer than me just pouring a premade coffee but i still wouldn’t mind waiting ((also ‘normal’ coffee bars have 2 coffee machines))

lso if a line does form.. i would just come back when there isn’t more than a few people. Not a problem at all.

I think if you have the table set up from the get go, people will just get coffee from dinner/dessert on and there won’t be a long line.

I would think that we need at least 5-10 total for 80 guests

im thinking 7 maybe as I do not think everyone will want coffee that late...

also so I am thinking the setup needs to be kcups and machines on 1 table and everything else separately to encourage a “line” that moves

I was supposed to go sign my contracts yesterday that includes coffee but am sure when I feel motivated to reschedule that I’m going to skip it and do this instead

are you having an evening event?

It's going to be an later afternoon wedding-reception. Lots of my family constantly drink coffee so they wouldn't care how late! I have to see what they include with coffee, see if I need to add any special creamers or anything. Some people are coffee snobs!

I'm a coffee lover so this sounds good to me!! One of my favorite Christmas memories was the year my parents bought me and my brother our own Keurigs. We got a variety pack of coffee so we taste tested all day lol. May be fun for your guests too if you have a lot of different flavors and add ins!

I definitely love the idea but from the sounds of one of your comments you are going to have a lot going on with the donuts, and other favors on top of coffee. I'd maybe limit them a bit and focus on one or two of the "bars" or ideas. Having options is awesome but its very costly for all of that and as a guest I wouldn't indulge in every treat you offered because it's a little too much!

    That’s awesome

i got all 3 of mine for Christmas presents too lol

I'm thinking hot tea, hot choc, probably 20/30 different coffees, and all the toppings/add ins (marshmallow whip cream peppermints for chocolate and lemon honey ginger and mint leaves for tea and everything for coffee along with the cinnamon, cocoa powder, nutmeg)

    Am I missing anything?

Since I’m having cupcakes and cake (2 flavors) I’m doing the cookies and donuts individually wrapped as favors to take for late night snacking

realistically we dont need the candy bar but my venue has multiple bars so I’m trying to figure out what to put places so it’s not empty

FW is hispanic. They can't have a party without coffee at the end of it. One of FW's aunts sent us this super awesome multi pot coffee maker that she got from Amazon. When I get home I'll give you the details of it!
