Keep boobs in place with backless dress?

I have a backless (like really really low back) dress. My seamstress sewed in cups which are great except that since the top is not snug (no corset, etc) my boobs fall out of the cups. I tried a silicon sticky bra that clasps in the front but then the cups push away from the bra and you can see it/there is a gap. I would love suggestions! I have heard a lot of girls say they taped their boobs but the front of the dress is pretty low as well and I am worried you would see the tape. Please help!

I taped my boobs and it worked super well.. Look up tutorial articles online and it will be helpful. My dress had a V in the front and you couldn't see any tape.

Tape may be your only option but I'm not well versed in strapless bra options.

Is there any way you can do a trial with the dress before the big day? That way you can experiment with where the tape needs to be in order for it not to be seen but still keep your breasts in place.

I use double sided braza flash tape. There are tons of YouTube videos that can show you how best to apply it for all different dress types.

I had straps so I could bring the tape up a bit higher but you can make it work I think either way. You just use the tape to lift up the girls a bit lol. I would buy some tape and give it a try. I've used the method multiple times since the wedding with backless tops/dresses since it worked so well for me! I'm a 36D/DD.

When you guys say tape what kind of tape are you talking about ? If you do the tape fix should you not have them add the cups to the dress ?

I used a stick-on bra that could be hooked or unhooked in the middle, so in your case you could just have the cups on without them hooked together. mine had a pretty low V in front and it worked out fine! you might want to supplement with tape, too. the brand i had was Nu Bra and i loved it. ETA your dress is gorgeous!!
