I personally have bought jewlery from Kay and the ring kind of snapped down the center. I would just pester them about it.

They had my engagement ring for pretty close to a month, I had to go up like 2 1/2 sizes, they had quoted me 4 weeks and it sure was that long. I'd rather pay a little and go elsewhere.

My ring is from Kay and I didn’t have any issues. It took about 10 business days to get it back and it got back within that time!! I totally get your worry tho I would just keep up with them and when you get the rings back inspect them. I’m sure it’ll all turn out!

So update ladies. The truth has FINALLY came out.. UPS lost my ring, & they’re scrambling to find it. I’m so mad. I will never ever send something off with Kay again. I am livid

I dropped mine off at Kay’s to be rezized
over 2 weeks ago. She said it would be back by the 9th of April... called that day and was told it would definitely be there by the next day and they would call when it arrives. Never got a call so my FH called and they said it missed shipment and would be there the next day and they would call by 2pm when it got there. So now it’s the next day (the 11th) and still no call saying it’s arrived. So aggravating.

I hope it all is well and you receive your rings back soon.

They told me two weeks and it was exactly two weeks. But the guy also told me it’s usjally less but he always say two weeks just in case. So he gave me hope id get it sooner but that didn’t happen. They mail it out to get resized so it’s a longer process. If they did lose it they would know they are responsible of replacing it.

Got my engagement back, still no band though 😐

I took my ring to case to be sized. Of course it was sent off, they said I would have it back within two weeks... it took four! I got the ring back I have two diamonds that obviously had to be replaced because they got loose during sizing. The diamonds are completely different from what is in the ring and it is very noticeable. Not only that but it looks like it is scratched bent and burned in some spots. So I’m taking it back to them again in a couple of days so they can send it off again for repair. Unfortunately, I don’t see how they are going to be able to fix this. I’m very worried as to how they will resolve this
