I've still got over a month, but does anyone have the Lifetime Guarantee from Kay that you have to get inspected every 6 months? What do I bring for that? I obviously don't have my receipt, but my fiance has it somewhere in his email. I know when we went to get it resized they were able to look us up. (That was actually Jared but they're the same company).

Usually, they just look you up in the computer ... no paperwork necessary for cleanings or inspections.

Hey Danielle! As the pps mentioned as long as you bring your ring, everything should be ok as they will be able to find your receipt on their system. If your FH can find the email, that's great but do not worry if not!
