Justin Alexander 8640

This is probably a stupid question....

So I fell in love with the Justin Alexander 8640 dress but it is very expensive. I found it on a site for less than $400, and I'm wondering if this is legit:

And, if this is not a good way to buy a wedding dress, is there a way to get a discount at a boutique?

    No phone number, not legit.

    I would try preownedweddingdresses.com

Not sure what size you need, but here is a size 6 for $1499

You link looks like one of the places that makes knock-offs. I would be leery of using them.

You might have better look by looking on preownedweddingdresses or on oncewed.

I don't know what size you are looking for but both sites currently have this dress.

I was dress shopping and I loved a dress but kept saying "Yeah... but the price is killing me...." So she told me I can have $100 off, then she took me around the corner and said she can sell me the sample for $200 less (even though they weren't selling the sample because they wanted it still in the store, which I guess is why she whispered it. Lol). But I don't think that's a very good deal. But it's better than nothing! So just ask if they can do better because you love that dress. See what they say.

Thanks everyone! I would SO get it off one of those sites you mentioned if the sizes worked!!!! Ughhh. I'm 5'9" and I'm a 10/12 street size now, though I'm losing weight and plan to lose a lot more. When I was SKINNY I was never below a size 8/9. So these wedding dress sizes are killing me.

Just remember that the size variation will depend on designer. I know some dress sizes are very different, but my dress is exactly my street size.

This was on their "about us" section:

    Welcome to Our Site!

You are about to embark on a fabulous journal in choosing the wedding dress of your dreams. Our product line includes bridal gowns, evening/prom gowns, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, and etc. With our extensive collection of wedding gowns, we offer more options than you will find anywhere else and we can cater to any height or size or colouring of woman. Based on quality fabrics, excellent hand-crafted details and elegant stylings, every gown has been made to enhance and flatter your shape, so that you can feel fantastic on your wedding day.

    -------

Nowhere does it say that they are official vendors. Also, in the FAQs, you can order extra fabric. I understand that to mean that they make their dresses - making it iffy.
