I'm having a Justice of the Peace wedding in September. My future husband and I are going to a restaurant afterwards for dinner and we were wondering whether we will have to pay for the food of the family and friends that do go to the restaurant as well.

Hmm. thats tough. i think that if you are inviting them to celebrate your marriage with you, you should probably pay for everyone's dinner.
