Just curious-how often do you take off your ring?

I was told it should be the last thing you put on when you leave the house and the first thing you take off when you come home. Some times I forget to take it off when I get home and I will wear it.

I think once I have a wedding band I will wear a little less, but I have a bad memory of my mom leaving it home and her house happened to get robbed that day. . . and she came home with her ring and most her jewelry gone.

I take it off as soon as I get home because I have to cook and do stuff at home for the kids and sometimes I even forget to wear it when I go out.

All the time unless im leaving the house

As little as possible! Haha. I take it off for working out (swap with my Qalo one), and cleaning. FH tries to get me to take it off for bed - I agree I should but only do when he reminds me.

Now that I think of it, I also take off my ring when I am cooking of styling/doing my hair ... since it's very kinky and nappy, it gets stuck easily
